Pricing
WanderBar operates as a dry-hire mobile bar service.
Clients purchase and provide all alcohol. WanderBar supplies the bar, bartenders, setup, service, and all non-alcoholic components needed for a seamless experience.
Bar Service Packages
4-Hour Event Service — $750
Includes the WanderBar vintage camper bar, two professional bartenders, bar setup and breakdown, ice, coolers, cups, napkins, straws, basic garnishes, non-alcoholic mixers, and water station.
6-Hour Event Service — $950
Includes everything in the 4-hour package with extended service time, ideal for weddings and larger events.
Additional Service Time
$125 per hour beyond the initial package.
What You Provide
All beer, wine, and spirits must be purchased and supplied by the client in accordance with Michigan law.
What We Provide
Licensed and insured bartenders, full bar setup, ice, mixers, garnishes, cups, and a polished, professional service experience.
Service Area
Pricing includes events within 50 miles of Grand Ledge, Michigan.
